Thermal-Stable Precision Machining

Micron-Level CNC Machining of Array Structures

Temperature-controlled machining with DMG MORI and Makino multi-axis centers, 24,000 rpm spindles, and ±0.005 mm tolerance on complex irregular surfaces.

Multi-Axis CNC Machines

Heavy-Duty High-Precision CNC Machine Array

Multi-Axis

DMG MORI 5-Axis Machining Center

Equipped with a 24,000 rpm spindle and full closed-loop linear scales, it specializes in machining complex spatial contours in aerospace aluminum and titanium alloys, completing five-sided precision cutting in a single setup.

Turn-Mill Compound Machining

Dual-Spindle Precision Turn-Mill Machine

Integrating a live tool turret and back-spindle transfer machining, it maintains coaxiality within 0.003 mm, enabling efficient production of medical bushings and miniature rotational parts.

Specialized Wire EDM

Precision Slow-Wire EDM Machine

Utilizing micron-level fine brass wire for micro-discharge machining, it excels at irregular narrow slots, precision keyways, and carbide workpieces, consistently achieving a surface roughness of Ra 0.2.

Quality Inspection

Full-Dimensional Verification with ZEISS CMM

In an independent quality inspection laboratory maintained at 20 °C with controlled temperature and humidity, a ZEISS coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and an optical profilometer perform contact-based micron-level probing on the critical mating surfaces of every batch of workpieces.

A full-inspection data report with actual measured point deviations is provided with each shipment, strictly cross-referenced against the geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) requirements on the engineering drawings, thereby eliminating the risk of accumulated assembly tolerances.

Manufacturing Principles

No Compromise on Drawing Tolerances

We strictly adhere to original mill material certification with spectral analysis and cryogenic stress-relief annealing. Every tool path is overseen end-to-end by CNC process engineers with over eight years of hands-on machining experience.

Schedule an On-Site Machine Inspection and Direct Drawing Review

You are welcome to bring 3D models and tolerance drawings of your non-standard structural components to our facility for on-site verification. Our process engineering team provides one-on-one tool path design and prototyping recommendations.
